Fone Logistics can act in any capacity from simply despatching handsets to connections, returns and customer service.

There are four levels of fulfilment:

Level 1: You purchase stock from Fone Logistics which is held in a virtual warehouse. We then despatch these handsets as and when required directly to your customers on your behalf.

Level 2: We despatch the handsets directly to your customers as well as credit check them to offer you piece of mind.

Level 3: We despatch the handsets, credit check your customers plus manage all the returns on your behalf.

Level 4: This package is ideal if you are looking for complete piece of mind with nothing to worry about. Fone Logistics will despatch the handsets, credit check your customers and manage all the returns on your behalf, plus we will act as your customer service and answer any queries your customer may have.
