Becoming one of Fone Logistics dealers will give you access to a wide range of services helping you drive your business forward.

Account Management


The support staff within Fone Logistics are split into specific teams, giving you the same point of contact each time you have a specific query. Each team consists of the following members:

Business Development Manager (BDM) - Field based account manager
Internal Business Manager (IBM) - Office based account manager
Internal Sales Executives - Handset sales team

Our staff are friendly, accessible and committed to providing you with the best support you could expect.

Marketing


The marketing team is on hand to support each and every dealer. It can provide network logos and handset images, network Point of Sale and dummy handsets. Event support and the design and print of your own personalised POS is also available on request.

Dealer Access Portal (DAP)


The DAP is Fone Logistics primary communication tool. This user-friendly portal gives you access to a wealth of information from network procedures to full details of your account.

Commission process


Fone Logistics offers a handset contra system which is designed to provide you, the dealer, with the most accurate commission payment system available. It works by paying you the net commission on each connection you make through taking the commission you have earned, deducting the relevant kit and any other due items and paying you the net balance each week.

The system produces a detailed weekly remittance advice, which is displayed on your Dealer Access Portal. It shows full details of all of your account activity on an IMEI level, including connections / disconnections and bonuses.

The dealer commissions are communicated on a monthly basis in Fone Logistics Highlights. This document can be download from the DAP or our website.

How your dealer account will work*


  • Fone Logistics supply you with your handsets
  • You connect your customer in week 1 to their chosen tariff via Fone Logistics
  • Fone Logistics raise a credit on your account in week 2 for the commission
  • These commissions are then paid to you in week 3 minus any handset stock purchased that is used for these connections, and any other due items.

An example of this process is outlined below (based on weekly payment plan):

  • Day 1 Buy handsets from Fone Logistics
  • Day 2 Connect these handsets to your customer’s chosen tariff
  • Day 10 (Wednesday of the following week) Self bill invoice raised to your account
  • Day 19 Commission paid into your nominated account

*Depending on the terms of your account
